BANK MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR SUBSIDIZED LOANS GRANTED TO RATP GROUP EMPLOYEES This notice aims to establish a framework agreement, with orders, single awardee, without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of €6.5 million, the purpose of which is to implement implementation and management by a banking and/or financial institution of subsidized loans for the benefit of RATP staff and its subsidiaries as part of social benefits. This notice concerns the establishment of a framework order agreement single-attribute, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 6.5 million euros for the purpose of the implementation and management by a banking and/or financial institution of subsidized loans for the benefit of RATP staff and its subsidiaries in the social benefits framework. As part of its human resources policy, EPIC RATP and its subsidiaries, via its Point Habitat service, offer its employees a subsidized loan service in the form of reduced-rate loans intended to supplement the or existing financing: - the real estate loan known as the accession loan - the loans known as improvement of the living environment The loan amounts are exclusive of guarantee costs. The RATP workforce currently numbers around 46, 000 employees. This number is given to indicative title and does not confer any contractual character for the scope of the loans.
