PACKAGE B - Remote Apron and Taxiways

- Package A - Passenger Terminal Building and Associated Works
- Package B - Remote Apron and Taxiways
Sealed Bids are invited by the Chairman, Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (CAPC), for the construction and completion of “Package B - Remote Apron and Taxiways” of Bandaranaike International Airport Development Project, Phase II Stage 2.

The construction period is 30 months.
Government of Sri Lanka received a loan from Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) towards the cost of construction of Bandaranaike International Airport Development Project, Phase II Stage 2. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the Bandaranaike International Airport Development Project, Phase II Stage 2 - Package B

Specific Construction Experience

Construction of a concrete pavement area (Apron) of 25, 000m2 and with a minimum flexible asphalt concrete pavement area (Taxiway) of 10, 000m2 in an International Airport.
