1. On behalf of the Government of Jamaica Ministry of Transport and Mining, the Procuring Entity, AERONAUTICAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS LTD. (AEROTEL) has committed funding for Phase 1 of the supply and installation of a 60 metre Self-Supporting Tower at Bamboo in the parish of St. Ann in Jamaica and intends to apply part of the proceeds of these funds to payments under the Contract for BAMBOO Tower Replacement Ref No: ARTL-Feb-2020-1.

2. The captioned is for the procurement of the Tower structure ONLY being Phase 1 (Lot 1) of a 2 Phase Project.

3. The Procuring Entity (AEROTEL) now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders to bid for the provision of the following:
Scope of bid: To Supply and deliver one (1) 60 metre Self-Supporting Tower at Bamboo in the parish of St. Ann in Jamaica.
Procurement Method: National Competitive Bidding
Eligibility Criteria:
o Bidders must have a valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) or Tax Compliance Letter (TCL) and must submit a copy of it along with their bid.
o Bidders must be currently registered with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) and must submit proof of current registration along with their bid. The required registration grade/category is: Electrical Works: Grades 1 or 2; OR Civil Engineering Works: Grades 1 or 2. Bids without valid TCC/TCL and PPC certificates will be rejected.
