The subject of the performance of the public contract is the performance of the activities of the construction manager on the basis of the Model Contract for the provision of services between the client and the consultant (hereinafter referred to as the "FIDIC WHITE BOOK") according to the standards of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (hereinafter referred to as "FIDIC"), while preparation and implementation of the building named "Ball Sports Center" (hereinafter referred to as "the building"). The construction will be carried out in accordance with FIDIC contractual standards entitled Contractual conditions for the supply of technological equipment and design - construction of electrical and mechanical-technological work and land and engineering structures designed by the contractor (FIDIC YELLOW BOOK). The subject of construction is the new construction of the Ball Sports Center complex on Husová třída in České Budějovice. The client emphasizes that the building is in currently in the preparation phase, or in the design phase. The subject of this public contract is thus the provision of construction manager services not only in the phase of construction implementation (i.e. in the phase of processing the implementation project documentation by the construction contractor and in the phase of implementation construction by the construction contractor), but also in the preparatory phase of the construction (especially in the design phase - i.e. until the processing of project documentation for planning permission, the preparation of the White Book of binding standards and the issuance of a valid planning permit). Public subject the contract will also include the cooperation of the construction manager in the preparation and implementation of the procurement procedure for the public contract for the selection of the construction contractor.
