Bakery items for the Naval Force Command The assignment concerns the supply of bakery items to the Naval Force Command; hereinafter referred to as: the navy, which are used by the Buyer for baking bread, small loaves and banquet on the naval ships. In order to be able to carry out all of the navy's tasks mentioned in the program of requirements (PVE), naval vessels are permanently at sea. On the various ships, everything is freshly cooked for and by the crew. Crews can vary between 40 - 750 people per ship. Deployment of the ships can be either short-term or long-term, meaning that Products must have a shelf life as long as possible at the time of Delivery. Depending on the duration of the deployment and the type of ship needs to be supplied, this may involve large quantities of bakery raw materials, e.g. 4000-4500 kg of white patent flour.
