Tenders are invited for Bakas school - extension and rehabilitation

Short description : The acquisition includes a total contract for the expansion of Baks school from 1 parallel primary school to 2 parallel primary schools. The expansion includes demolition of existing pavilion buildings from 2004 (building 03) of approx. 460 square meters, rehabilitation of existing SFO buildings (building 02) from 1997 of approximately 280 square metersmeters, rehabilitation of existing main building from 1980 (building 01) of approx. 1930 square meters and complete new extension (building 04) of approx. 2740 square feet. Rehabilitation includes complete new technical facilities for all subjects, necessary reconstruction, post insulation of walls, new roof and new surfaces. TenBuildings are listed as plus houses and include rooftop solar cells over both extensions and parts of existing buildings. Complete new heat pump system covering heat and cooling for both extensions and existing buildings including exterior routing paths in the ground between the buildings. The acquisition also includes new uThe architect and landscape architect will be transported.
