This contract is divided into lots: Lot 1 Recovery of unpaid parking fees having specific enforceability under article 137bis of the New Municipal Law Quantity: 18, 000, Unit: piece - QP - per year. Lot 2 1. Recovery of unpaid municipal taxes. Quantity: 100, Unit: piece - QP - per year. 2. The recovery of unpaid debts having specific enforceability under article 137bis of the New Municipal Law Quantity: 100, Unit: piece - QP - per year. 3. Recovery of unpaid administrative fines Quantity: 1000, Unit: piece - QP - per year. 4. Unilateral termination of legal cohabitation Quantity: 10, Unit: piece - QP - per year. Comment: This contract is a public service contract which concerns bailiff services for a period of one year. The start date of the contract will be specified in the notification of the conclusion of the contract.
