The Bahamas National Geographical Information Systems Center, through the Department of Information and Communications Technology are seeking to upgrade their existing workstations to accommodate the workload being undertaken by the various departments. As these departments deal with specialized software (Autocad, Giscad, etc) that requires high resources such as memory, storage, graphics, and processing speed, it is necessary to procure high-end workstations to enhance the production of maps and other requests of the departments. This will also provide the departments with cutting-edge technology and increase production.
