Description
The purpose for this contract is to install, maintain, remove, transport, and store several Holiday decoration items in support of Barksdale AFB-s Holiday season (as specified below) at an off-site location for a period of one base year plus two option years. Work will, in general, involve trim lighting around multiple structures, installing tree canopy lighting, and providing other non- lighted, non-religious specific decorations such as garland/bows/bells/ornaments at the West Gate entry and light poles located along Barksdale Blvd in accordance with Attachment 2 - Statement of Work (SOW).

RSVP for Site Visit NLT 4:00 PM CDT on Wednesday, 03 September 2025. Site Visit is 1:00 PM CDT on Thursday, 04 September 2025. Questions must be submitted via email to POCs listed below by 12:00 PM CDT on Wednesday, 10 September 2025. Answers to questions submitted IAW specified due date will be posted on or around Tuesday 16 September 2025. Quotes are requested by 12:00 PM CDT on Tuesday, 23 September 2025.
