BACKHOE LOADER RENTAL
(PR-2026-1061-00073)
1) The City Government of Mandaue, through the General Fund - Annual Budget 2026 - 50299050 - Rent / Lease Expenses Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php1, 900, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Backhoe Loader Rental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Mandaue now invites bids for Backhoe Loader Rental. Delivery of Services will begin in September and continue until utilized, upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
