Services are regulated by unit prices. As part of the development of the ZAC Rouen Flaubert, the Rondeaux C site - former Rouen pound - of approximately 3 hectares must be subject to backfilling work to allow the development of the neighborhood (construction of buildings and development of public spaces). Indeed, the site is currently set back approximately 6 meters from the level of Avenue Jean Rondeaux and approximately 110, 000m3 of land is necessary to achieve a altimetry compatible with the level of the avenue. The backfilling of the site is organized into 2 sectors with 2 different finished elevations in order to correspond to future developments in the area. Two sources of embankment are present today on the ZAC and must be used for the present embankment work (see consultation description).
