1. The Municipality of Madridejos, through the 20% Development Fund (Continuing Appropriation-CY 2025) intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Two Pesos and 16/000 (Php 2, 125, 792.16) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Backfilling, embankment and leveling of the permanent closure of the Dumping Site intended for use as a Central Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) at Barangay San Agustin, Madridejos, Cebu. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
