Pasadena Water and Power (PWP) is dedicated to advancing electric vehicle (EV) adoption and ensuring a seamless charging experience for residents, businesses, and visitors. As a leader in EV infrastructure, PWP manages a growing network of public charging stations that require a reliable, scalable, and efficient back-office software solution. To support its commitment to clean transportation, PWP seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive back-office services, including real-time station monitoring, payment processing, user account management, reporting and analytics, and network administration. The selected provider will enable PWP to enhance its charging infrastructure by improving operational efficiency, integrating with grid management systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP).The successful proposer will deliver a robust, cloud-based platform with advanced features to streamline station operations, facilitate data-driven decision-making, and support future network expansion. The solution must offer seamless integration with existing and future EV charging hardware, provide secure payment solutions, and deliver a user-friendly experience through web and mobile applications.
