SUPPLY, DELIVERY, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF ONE (1) WIRELESS FLAT PANEL DETECTOR SYSTEM WITH POST-PROCESSING CONSOLE COMPUTER

1. The University of the Philippines Manila - Philippine General Hospital (UPM-PGH), intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php1, 500, 000.00) ONLY through Fund 164, inclusive of all taxes, such as, but not limited to, value added tax (VAT), income tax, local taxes, and other fiscal levies, being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Testing and Commissioning of One (1) Wireless Flat Panel Detector System with Post-Processing Console Computer, under Project Reference No.: BAC1-2024-03-0229. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
