SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF ONE UNIT ELEVATOR LOCATED AT SPINE BUILDING
1) The University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH), through PGH Fund 164 intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED TWELVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE PESOS & 33/100 (Php3, 412, 533.33) ONLY, being the ABC to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF ONE UNIT ELEVATOR LOCATED AT SPINE BUILDING, under Project Reference No. BAC-2026-05-0305. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The UP-PGH now invites bids for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF ONE UNIT ELEVATOR LOCATED AT SPINE BUILDING. Delivery of the Goods is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days.
