The University of the Philippines Philippine General Hospital (UP PGH), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) CY2025 intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND TWENTY PESOS & 00/100 (Php3, 025, 020.00) ONLY, being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 6-in-1 RAPID ANTIGEN COMBINATION TESTING KIT: FOR SARS-COV-2, INFLUENZA A, INFLUENZA B, RESPIRATORY SYNCYTIAL VIRUS (RSV), ADENOVIRUS AND STREP A GROUP, under Project Reference No. BAC-2025-06-0496.
