BA-26-017-GK-TEMPORARY SCHOOL PREMISES The client must procure the rent or purchase of module-based temporary school premises for Hunndalen secondary school. The solution is to be established for a period of use of 24 months, with a planned start-up in June 2027, including options for early establishment and extension of the rental period on a monthly basis. The acquisition includes a complete modular school with necessary teaching areas, group rooms, special rooms, adapted department, administration areas, workplaces, library and lagringsarealer, i tråd med vedlagte rom- og funksjonskrav. Physical education is solved outside the module school. The delivery must meet the applicable requirements in TEK17, regulations on environmental health protection, the workplace regulations and other relevant technical and official regulations claim. If the establishment involves building and construction work, the building owner regulations apply. The contractor must deliver complete establishment, technical completion and operational test no later than four weeks before start-up, as well as document energy performance, reuse solutions and operational efficiency.
