Title: B540 BRS Næstved - Practice house
Description: The project includes the construction of a new practice building at the Emergency Management Agency Zealand in Næstved. The facility must function as a modern education and training facility for emergency response operative staff with a focus on realistic and safe training courses. The project also includes options for an associated welfare building and garage. The training center is equipped with both a warm zone for practical extinguishing exercises and a controlled fire, as well as a cold zone for virtual fire training based on digital simulations. The welfare building contains changing facilities, toilets, technical and cleaning rooms as well as facilities for handling and drying fire equipment. Outdoors, an exercise area will be established for response exercises, material handling and tactical training. The project is offered as a main contractor and includes construction, construction and installation work, including earthwork, concrete, masonry, carpentry, steel, plumbing, ventilation, electricity and automation work. The goal is to create an up-to-date framework that strengthens emergency response training and operational preparedness through realistic exercise scenarios.
