The subject of the public contract is the cold source of temperature gradient 6/12 ° C is designed for cooling of the HVAC. The cold source will be designed as a compressor with a water -cooled capacitor. The compressor circuit of the inner cooling unit will be filled with ecological refrigerant R-1234ze. The cold source of 6/12 ° C consists of two units with an output of 2x 246 kW at the outer air temperature +35 ° C and the temperature of the cooled water capacitor 52/46 ° C. The total power of the cold source is 492 kW. In the engine room of the building there will be a machine device that allows the production of chilled water for air conditioning. Dry coolers of the capacitor cooling circuit will be placed on the modified terrain next to the building. The cold source will be controlled by a separate control system.
