Tender Details
The aim of the project is to make the building available for use by DETEC, in particular the FOEN. The workstation capacity of the administration building will be increased from 690 to a maximum of 840 and the small-scale cell structure will be converted into attractive multi-space working environments. Here are theFederal guidelines on sustainability and economic efficiency must be taken into account. The requirements of the BBL Multispace Standard and SECO regarding workplaces must also be adhered to. At the same time, the structural weak points that the building has had since its construction and the componentle, which have reached their service life after 16 years of operation, have been completely renovated. The weak points are particularly in the areas of the facade, atrium roof and structural analysis.
