The proposed project consists of the following: The contractor will provide preventative maintenance and repair services for UPS in building 24 on NIST, Boulder, Campus. This project is to perform preventative maintenance and repairs to UPS equipment in building 24 at the Boulder campus for a one (1) year base year, and for four (4) optional one-year periods on the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) site. This requirement is assigned a NAICS code of 561210 - Facility Support Services with the Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard of $47.0 million for the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Boulder, Colorado.
