Tender are invited for The contractor selected to deliver the united states fire administration all hazards incident management team courses (o-305) shall provide the following : (a) delivery of four 40-hour united states fire administration (USFA) all-hazard incident management team "o-305" classes over the term of the purchase order; (b) course administration, management, delivery and logistical support for each course, including tracking student attendance, and providing all applicable course material such as student manuals, handouts, visual aids and photo copies ; (c) provide an editable electronic database of student participation; (d) provide certificates of completion to students upon completion of each class delivery; (e) facilitate and provide all additional documentation and forms required for each successful student to receive a certificate of completion from the USFA; (f) provide classroom materials for a minimum of 32 students and a maximum of 40 students in each course; (g) provide the required hours of instruction per USFA program of instruction; and (h) provide consultation to agency personnel from senior level management who have expertise in incident management team development; have experience in managing incidents; knowledgably with standardized emergency management system (SEMS); and experience developing all-hazards incident management teams throughout the united states. Consultation may be requested during normal business hours during the contract term and shall be at no additional cost. All classes provided must use the most recently approved course by the federal emergency management agency (FEMA) and united states fire administration (USFA) for type 3 all hazard incident management team standards and practices.
