Tender Details
The Nord1 building was built in the mid -1970s. Since then, bed stations have been operated on the floors of the tower. Technical systems of all trades and room surfaces are intensive use at the end of their lifespan after almost 50 years of intensive use. In addition to the spatial optimization through the installation of patient baths, the conversion on both floors includes the complete reconstruction from the shell of the entire interior design, the replacement of the windows and stores, the renewal of the building technology as well as the upgrading of structural engineering, fire protection and earthquake safety of the secondary components.
