Tender Details

The NORD1 building was built in the mid-1970s. Since then, bed wards have been operated on the floors of the tower. After almost 50 years of intensive use, technical systems in all trades and room surfaces are at the end of their service life and must be replaced. The renovation on both storeshossen includes, in addition to spatial optimization through the installation of patient bathrooms, the complete reconstruction from the shell of the entire interior, the replacement of windows and blinds, the renewal of the building technology as well as the upgrading of the supporting structure, fire protection and earthquake safety of the secundary components.
