REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PROJECT
ZSCMST STUDENT MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM
1. The Zamboanga State College of Marine Sciences and Technology, through the CHED-IDIG intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Pesos (Php 9, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ZSCMST STUDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The Zamboanga State College of Marine Sciences and Technology now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for Consultancy Services for ZSCMST STUDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before April 26, 2024, 10:00 A.M. at ZSCMST, BAC Office, Supply Building, Fort Pilar, Zamboanga City. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
