this requirement was previously released as rfi n00024q4207 on 5 april 2019 through fbo.

Please review the rfq and attachment 1 documents in their entirety, and in response to this notice ensure the necessary information for fill-ins that require offeror input are completed.

All submissions must be made by the closing date of this notice (17 june 2019 3pm est) to the primary and secondary pocs identified above via email (stephanie.barfield@navy.mil and paul.kang@navy.mil) the subject of the email submission should state "n0002419r4155 azerbaijan underwater detection systems".

Questions can be posed to the same pocs up until 29 may 2019, and answers will be provided through amendments to this notice or the solicitation as required.
