Naval information warfare center (niwc), atlantic, intends to award a sole source contract to amazon web services, inc (aws), located at 410 terry ave, n., seattle, wa 98109, to provide cloud computing services for a twelve month period with the following requirements:



1) 3 m5.xlarge ec2 instances running linux in us east; 2) t3.medium ec2 instances running linux in us east; 3) 30 gb of ssd; 4. 1 additional ip address; 5) 250 gb of storage with 10, 000 put requests and 100, 000 get requests; 6)1 postgressql db.m1.large db.



Aws is the only vendor to offer complimentary cloud hosting to match amazon web services government services (aws.gov) to support a devops pipeline for the jsf and its foreign partners. The required services provide access to existing partners as well as foreign partners to the existing aws.gov through the same software interface. Aws is the original host of this amazon cloud services as and they possess the data rights to the specifications and will not provide them to another entity. Aws is the sole provider and holds proprietary rights of the required cloud services.



The authority for soliciting from a single source is far 13.106-1(b)(1). The government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price purchase order.



This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive quotes for items other than the brand name, amazon web services, inc. Submit quote nlt 3:00pm, eastern st, 9 august 2019 or earlier. Include your cage code, naics code & tax id. No electronic or hard copy rfq will be prepared or made available for distribution. Proposal must be uploaded on the ecommerce website at: https://ecommerce.sscno.nmci.navy.mil and a copy via email to: mary.markowski@navy.mil. Far part 13 applies.
