Project Description : This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Wood Buffalo Arctic Winter GamesHost Society (“Host Society”) to prospective proponents to submit a proposal (“Proposals”) forVolunteer Clothing and Uniform, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars(Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).The Wood Buffalo 2023 Arctic Winter Games Host Society is seeking proposals from clothingdistributers, branders and/or manufactures to design, brand and supply the official volunteerclothing uniform pieces that will be worn during the Games from January 29 - February 4, 2023.Clothing provided through this RFP will act as volunteer recognition, uniforms and appreciationpieces. Pieces will be worn leading up to the 2023 Games, during the opening ceremonies, throughout competition, during special events and post event.
