a tender contained in a sealed envelope and plainly marked "tender no. 16-0112" will be received up to 2:00 p.m. saskatchewan time, wednesday, october 05, 2016, for the work described.
a pre-tender bidder''s site meeting is scheduled for monday, september 26, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. saskatchewan time, interested bidders should attend this meeting. bidder''s site meeting and tour of the three (3) sites will commence from lakewood civic centre, 1625 mckercher drive, saskatoon, saskatchewan. plan to meet in the front entrance lobby.
to ensure consideration, all tenders shall be accompanied by the following:
a bid deposit by bid bond for ten (10) percent of the gross tender amount.
a consent of surety to furnish a contract performance bond and labour and materials bond each for fifty (50) percent of the gross tender amount.
