The service intends to purchase time recording and time management software for its staff. This includes around 250 employees who work at +-23 locations and sometimes on the road. The software is used by 5 HR employees and around 30 supervisors. The employees include administrative employees, maintenance workers, building cleaners, bus attendants and cooks. The basic functions include working time recording (including vacation and absences), personnel deployment planning, reporting, an employee portal and an internal information and document portal for distributing released information and documents.
