The Service and Logistics Service of the German-speaking Community uses the IFS Ultimo software solution as a CAFM system to support its infrastructural and technical facility management. The introduction will take place gradually. The aim is to use Ultimo as a central tool for: • Maintenance, • fault reports, • resource planning, • controlling • as well as the entire property and maintenance management to be established permanently. For the professional and technical development of the system, an external service provider with certified Ultimo competence is being sought who can: advisory services as well as individual configurations and programming. The collaboration is flexible both on site in Eupen and remotely.
