The aim of the contract is to completely reinstall or renew the existing fire alarm systems in two public school buildings in the German-speaking community of Belgium. It is the César Franck Athenaeum School at Parkstraße 32, 4720 Kelmis and the Royal Athenaeum St. Vith School in Luxemburger Str. 4, 4780 St. Vith. These are primary and secondary schools. This specification describes the technical requirements, standards and services for the delivery, Installation, commissioning and maintenance of new fire alarm systems (BMA). All work must be carried out in accordance with the applicable Belgian standards (in particular NBN S21-100, EN 54) as well as occupational safety, electrical and fire safety regulations. The Work in school buildings in the German-speaking community must be coordinated in such a way that school operations are not disrupted.
