Avt.2026:86 Procurement of work management safety call for managers The procurement refers to on-call management for employees in all self-managed operations within elderly care, social psychiatry and disability in the municipality of Nykvarn, currently those shown in Annex - Activities. The assumed supplier is expected to have the capacity to deliver based on actual need. The on-call manager must be available outside regular working hours to guide and support the municipalities' relevant employees in work environment issues during duty time. The objective of the procurement is to safeguard a good working environment for the municipality's managers and employees in the relevant areas of operation. Purchased service must contribute to safety and security for employees and users around the clock.
