Avinor AS - K-193318 - Parallel framework agreements, Consultant agreement technical subjects - Building and construction (RIX/ARK) The purpose of the procurement is to enter into parallel framework agreements with three different suppliers throughout the contract period for consulting engineers (RIX), and two different suppliers for architects (ARK). The framework agreement shall contribute to: • Effective and correct planning that provides a clear and good basis for competition for contractors, reduces risk and ensures cost-effective solutions. • Sustainable and innovative solutions which supports Avinor's goals of reduced greenhouse gas emissions, energy efficiency and circular economy. • Continuous improvement and learning through systematic follow-up of deliveries and implementation of experiences from previous projects. The framework agreement regulates them the overall obligations between the parties, while specific deliveries are agreed and regulated through tender contracts.
