Aviation safety training as part of the project entitled: Green-digital administration of a vocational university - competences for transformation and economic development. The subject of the order is the preparation and implementation of specialized training in aviation safety for 10 employees of the Aviation Center of the State Academy of Applied Sciences in Chemistry. The training will be conducted in the on-site, off-site formula in the territory of the Republic of Poland, in at least 32 teaching hours, carried out over a minimum of 4 training days. The thematic scope of the training will include in particular issues related to safety culture in the aviation organization, threat identification, risk management operational and organizational, change management and the impact of the human factor on the safety of aviation processes. As part of the execution of the order, the Contractor will be obliged, in particular, to develop a training program and provide qualified staff teaching, conducting classes in the form of workshops, preparing training materials, conducting a pre-test and post-test and issuing participants...
