Please be advised that this notice is published solely to inform industry of the Government-s intent to solicit quotations directly from at least three small business manufacturers or authorized dealers of Aviation Hydraulic Servicing Carts whose primary business is the sale of Aircraft Ground Servicing Equipment. The Government does not intend to post a formal solicitation notice on SAM.gov.
In accordance with RFO 12.201-1(c)(2), for acquisitions at or below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), the Contracting Officer is electing to solicit quotations directly from suppliers. By posting this pre-solicitation notice, the Government is fulfilling the requirement to post a pre-solicitation notice in the GPE according to subpart 5.1.
Product Description
The Missouri Army National Guard has a requirement for an Aviation Hydraulic Servicing Cart capable of supporting multiple rotary aircraft platforms, specifically UH-60, CH-47, and AH-64.
Solicitation & Award Timeline
