Detailed_Description : Supply Ontario (SO) is seeking responses to a Request for Bids (RFB) for Aviation Fuels. This is a multi-vendor Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for the supply and delivery of aviation fuels on an as-needed basis to support Ontario Public Service (OPS) ministries across Ontario. This is the first refresh of this VOR arrangement. The intention of this refresh is to award a vendor for each delivery location, fuel type and delivery method where a primary and/or secondary vendor was not awarded in the original 2024 RFB. A vendor may be successful in more than one delivery location, fuel type or delivery method. A Bidder may not bid on any delivery location/fuel type/delivery method for which the Bidder is already a Vendor of Record.SO establishes enterprise-wide VOR arrangements for various commodities that may be accessed by the OPS and Non-OPS Entities across Ontario.

Scope of Work : Aviation fuels refer to a specification of fuels required by fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft. Within the Ontario Public Service, these fuels are used primarily by the Aviation Services section of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (MNRF), and the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Aviation Services of the Ministry of the Solicitor General (SOLGEN).The three delivery methods for aviation fuels are:• Direct-to-Aircraft;• Bulk Delivery; and• Drum Delivery. There are two (2) types of fuels, as further described in this document:• Turbo Fuel, Jet A-1 (with and without Fuel Systems Icing Inhibitor (FSII)) ► CAN/CGSB-3.23 2020; and• Aviation Gasoline (100 LL) ► CAN/CGSB-3.25 2004
