Texas State Technical College (TSTC) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to establish an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) agreement for qualified Aviation professional engineering firms to provide planning, design, and construction administration services for aviation-related infrastructure and facilities at TSTC, including other related professional engineering services necessary to support airport infrastructure and operational requirements.
