Tender Details

The municipality of Dordrecht wishes to fully equip three committee rooms with high-quality audiovisual installations, including discussion systems, PTZ camera systems, AV control systems, links with meeting management and webcast/RIS systems, and associated maintenance, service and training. The municipality will look for a suitable contractor who can provide this. Since the audiovisual equipment in the council chamber is written off and outdated (10 years old) and the audiovisual equipment in the committee rooms must match the audiovisual equipment in the committee rooms, the municipality of Dordrecht has decided to include audiovisual equipment, associated software and services in this tender.
