AV integration of the National Museum's opening exhibition The Finnish Museum Agency / National Museum ("Procurement Unit") is acquiring an AV integration package for exhibition technology to be used for the opening exhibition of the National Museum of Finland. The object of the acquisition is the National Museum AV integration of the opening exhibition. In addition to the AV system, the procurement includes AV system delivery, installation, programming, connections, commissioning, testing, documentation, user instructions, guarantees and other work related to delivery and installation to the extent specified in the tender request and its appendices. The AV system includes, among other things, media playback, image, sound, control, interaction, signal transmission, exhibition network and device management solutions for exhibition sites, as well as related devices, software, licenses, cabling, fasteners, installation accessories and other parts necessary to implement a functioning system. The procurement also includes exhibition lighting, light works and AV-controlled ones technical implementation, installation, connection, control, programming, commissioning and testing tasks related to special lighting units to the extent specified in the tender documents. The object of the acquisition is fully described in more detail below in this call for tenders and its attachments. In the schedule, it should be noted that the installation and commissioning of the AV system will be done during the construction work of the new part, exhibition construction and other parallel implementations.
