Tender Details

IVO Judiciary (Contracting Authority) is issuing a European public tender for the supply of audiovisual (AV) hardware and accessories for hybrid meeting rooms within the Judiciary. IVO Rechtspraak does the management and maintenance itself. The aim of the assignment is to conclude a framework agreement with a maximum of three (3) and a minimum of two (2) contractors for a period of two (2) years, with an option to extend twice one (1) year (maximum four years). The scope of the framework agreement mainly includes: • the supply of AV products from an existing product catalog (installed base); • functional requests for new or replacement AV solutions; • in specific cases, additional services via further information agreements (such as logistics, support or temporary deployment of capacity). The Judiciary has approximately 350 meeting rooms spread across courts and tribunals.
