Description : Notice is hereby given by the BC Assessment Authority (BC Assessment) of its intent to contract with AutoProp Software Ltd to provide a custom land use report. AutoProp's data provides consolidated land use information throughout the Lower Mainland into a single platform. This allows AutoProp to create a custom project to provide BC Assessment with a report that lists every property in the 21 identified municipalities and a specific set of criteria (see below). The consolidation of these criteria into one report is not available on any other platform. This data will provide BC Assessment with important information to ensure our data results in fair and accurate assessments. If the information is determined to require an annual review, there is potential for BC Assessment to extend the one time custom project into an application programing interface to ensure our data is verified and updated annually.
