The purpose of this above -the -limit public contract is to fulfill the set goals and project activities 5G in the form of the selected elements of the demonstrative application of the 5G ecosystem in the environment of the statutory city of Usti nad Labem, in the form of a comprehensive technological ecosystem including acquisition of a vehicle for intelligent vehicleTransport monitoring at rest and adjoining equipment, including integration services into the supervisory center of the parking system using 5G connectivity according to 3GPP specifications.Intelligent parking checks through a vehicle with Lidar technology and cameras. The 5G network in accordance with the 3GPP specification provides a high -speed, low delay and a stable network connection to transmit image data from a monitoring vehicle in real time.
Vehicle using technology technologyTo monitor transport at rest with 5G support, it will be deployed primarily for the following purposes:
• Detection and recognition of registration marks (hereinafter referred to as RZ) vehicles parked within the paid parking zones and their comparison with the RZ database, with the currently valid parking authorization to identify whetherParking was paid.
