AUTOMATION OF THE FIT-ALL FUND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

(PHASES 3 AND 4)

1. The National Transmission Corporation (TransCo), through the proposed CY 2024 Corporate Budget approved by the Transco Board intends to apply the sum of PhP 5, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the AUTOMATION OF THE FIT-ALL FUND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (PHASES 3 AND 4) under Reference No. PB240222-EA06 / PR No. FFAD-24-98247. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The National Transmission Corporation (TransCo) now invites bids for the above procurement. Delivery of the Goods is required to be completed within Eighteen (18) months from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within the last ten (10) years from the date of submission of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
