1. Subject of the Order and Purpose of the Project We invite you to submit a price offer for the task: Construction of an installation for dosing oily water to a clinker cooler - delivery, assembly and execution of works in the field of electrical industry, automation, control system in Kujawy Cement Plant in Bielawy. Implementation formula (Full EPC): The task must be performed in the EPC formula (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction / "turnkey"). The contractor must have full capacity and competence to implement the entire project cycle, i.e. preparation of complete multi-discipline design documentation, prefabrication (including control cabinets/switchboards), protection and delivery of the necessary equipment and machines, as well as carrying out assembly, installation and commissioning works. No offers partial: Due to the specific nature of the task, the need for an integrated approach and the need to take full, joint and indivisible responsibility for the final technological and formal and legal effect, the Investor absolutely does not allows the possibility of submitting partial offers. Offers that do not cover the entire scope of the EPC will be rejected. Project goal: Construction of a complete oily water installation (WOZ) for dosing the medium into the cooler of the rotary furnace for its thermal disposal. Role of the Contractor: The Contractor assumes the function of an integrator of the entire technological line and the role of a manufacturer of a set of machines within the meaning of the Machinery Directive in the scope of modernizations introduced.
