Description: GBLT handles a large number of requests for local tax remission every year. Some of these requests can be processed via the regular automated assessment by the Netherlands Information Services Bureau (BIDN). Every year, approximately 40, 000 requests fail this assessment and additional assessment is necessary. GBLT wants to automate this task to a significant extent from then on. The aim is to organize the handling more efficiently and consistently, to reduce dependence on external capacity and at the same time to guarantee the quality, accuracy and explainability of assessments.
