The objective of the service required is to have a "comprehensive medication dispensing service" through a smart lockers system that includes "locker" furniture and the necessary personnel for its loading and use, with integrated software. However, the serviceIntegral must consider both preventive and corrective maintenance in the face of failures of the Lockers units, in addition to carrying out the corresponding training of the use of the units, such as the filling of medicines.
