D prove to have the ability to deliver the products, required by this notice, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer,

E meet the qualification requirements which President of University of Yama- nashi may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation,

F not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by President of University of Yamanashi.
