Scope of Work
The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete renovation of an equipment wash facility for use by the City of Woodstock-s Transit Department and Perform the Work within the time stated in Section 01100.
Work under this contract comprises of renovations to the existing 280m² bus wash bay at 65 Clarke, St., Woodstock. The renovation will include but is not limited to the removal of the interior liner of exterior walls, mechanical and electrical utilities and services as outlined in the demolition drawings. The bus wash renovation will include new HVAC equipment, ducts, roof and wall penetrations, lighting, electrical services, exterior stairs accessing the mezzanine.
