1. The subject of the order is the automatic assessment and registration of road surface damage along with determining the technical condition of provincial roads based on the examined parameters.2. The scope of the order includes: 1) Automatic assessment of surface damage, including: a) calculation, assessment and classification of the condition of the surface and the surface, b) calculation, assessment and classification of the condition of transverse evenness of the rut depth, c) calculation, assessment and classification of the condition of longitudinal evenness, IRI index, d) calculation, assessment and classification of the condition surface macrotexture, MPD index, e) calculation, assessment and classification of the combined global assessment index. 2) Preparation and submission to the Ordering Party of the Protocol for the assessment of the technical condition of provincial roads. The subject of the order is described in detail in Chapter C SWZ.
